User means a natural person who purchases goods and services from the Operator.
Information about the Users is stored in accordance with the applicable laws of the Slovak Republic. The Operator uses all data obtained from the Users solely for the internal needs of the company and does not provide them to third parties. The exceptions are companies with which our company has concluded a contract and the provision of courier services (however, personal data of the Users are given them only to the extent necessary for trouble-free delivery of goods) and intermediaries who access them within the information system (accounting, information system etc.). With all of them, our company has signed an intermediary contract that deals with the requirements for adequate protection of personal data.
The personal data of the Users are fully secured against misuse. The data is stored on backed up servers owned by the company (and/or contracting agents) that are not shared with third party applications. Without the express consent of the Users, our company will only handle their personal data to the extent that they were provided in connection with the order and conclusion of a contract for the purchase of products or services and which is permitted by the Data Protection Act and proceeds in accordance with the following legislation:

The Operator processes Personal Data for the following purposes:
- a) the performance of the contract for the purchase and delivery of goods and services
Personal data will be processed during the negotiations on the conclusion of the contract between the Operator and the User for the purpose of concluding the contract as well as for the duration of the contractual relationship in order to improve the services provided to customers in connection with the created order, reservation or direct sale. The processing time of personal data in this case is 5 years,
- b) adherence to a legal obligation (especially accounting, tax and archiving)
Tax document will be kept for 10 years from the termination of the contract: For the purposes of fulfilling the legal obligation to keep accounting documents on the basis of Act No. 563/1991 on Accounting, as amended, personal data will be further processed and stored for a period of 10 years from the conclusion of the contract between the Operator and the User
- c) legitimate interests of the Operator, protection of rights and rights protected by the Operator
effective defence in the event of a dispute.
The processing period is set at 4 years from the expiry of the warranty period for the goods and is extended by the period during which the dispute is kept
- d) the purpose of spreading the Operator’s marketing information:
sending commercial offers of products and services, sending promotional announcements without targeting a specific group and manually created individual offers addressed to a specific User, unless express consent has been given for the User’s registration. In this case, there is no transfer of personal data to a third party. The processing time of personal data in this case is 5 years.
The User is obliged to provide the Operator with only true and accurate personal data, without which it is not possible to conclude a contract with the Operator on the purchase and delivery of goods and services. After the expiry of the deadlines specified in the article, the Operator will delete or anonymize personal data.
The User is responsible for the correctness, accuracy and truthfulness of the Personal Data provided. The Operator is not responsible for the accuracy of the data provided.
User’s rights in relation to personal data protection:
- a) the right of access to your personal data as well as the right to know for what purpose they are processed, who the recipients of your personal data are, what is the processing time
(b) to correct the personal information provided
- c) to delete the personal information provided
- d) to restrict the processing of personal data if you wish to process the data for the strictest legal reasons only
- e) to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection
- f) the right to transfer personal data to another administrator
- g) the right to object to the processing of personal data
- h) the right to revoke the processing consent at any time
The User may apply these rights by e-mail sent to the Operator to our company e-mail address or in writing to the company address. The Operator is obliged to respond within 30 days of receiving such a request. In such a case, the Operator has the right to request proof of the User’s identity. The request for access to personal data must therefore be sent from the applicant’s registered e-mail address.
