We have been taking the situation regarding the SARS-COV-2 virus seriously from the very beginning.
Our team works from the Home Office but thanks to our virtual headquarters and remote access, we believe that we will keep up the quality of our service for You. Our employees have better mood due to the fact they work from the comfort of their house, there are no distracting office factors. We assume you will feel the positive consequences of it.
We do everything we can to ensure the delivery of goods without delay, but there are circumstances that we do not have control over.
There are these important changes:
- cash on delivery is not possible – the goods will be sent / ordered only once the pre-invoice is reimbursed
- personal collection is temporarily canceled
- it is possible to delay delivery due to disinfection / preventive quarantine of the goods
